Lisa Taylor is a mommy, therapist,
singer-song writer, guitarist and drummer from the Washington D.C.area. She is a Washington Area Music Association (WAMMIE)
winner, Kerrville New Folk Finalist and has been the recipient of numerous songwriting awards from contests in the U.S. and
abroad. Her music has been played up and down the dial including National Public Radio and "Traditions" with Mary
Cliff. She has recorded with local legends Tom Prasada-Rao and Andrew McKnight as well as dozens of other independent artists
whose work appears in film and television.


Smartly woven original folk acoustic pop that is driven by Lisa's percussive jazz -influenced
guitar work and her warm, charismatic vocals. She is a beautiful, witty and engaging songwriter whose performances are powered
by her sheer talent and love of what she does.
